Ethical Affirmations Ceremony
On Ethical Affirmation Day, we are encouraged to reflect upon our values and relationships with others. How have you been working to strengthen your relationships and build ethical community? Where have you succeeded and what are the areas you need to develop? What would you like to work on in the coming year?
Each person who desires to participate will construct a paper lantern, decorating with words or pictures to express affirmations for the coming year. We’ll light candles inside the lanterns. Then there will be time for admiring, sharing, reaffirming our ethical goals, and playing with the dripping wax.
Everyone is welcome to attend and participate!
