Who Should Pay for Parking - And Why it Matters
Our presenter is an ECS member with a dedication to green living. Bill has training in life sciences and economics. His interests in preserving biodiversity through improving human habitats has recently led him to look for ways to participate at the neighborhood and city level in planning decisions. In 2000 after living in Seattle for two years, his car broke down. That helped him realize a dream of becoming car-free in a city where it’s actually relatively feasable.
